Section 9-10-7.D restricts short-term rental parking to passenger vehicles, cross-referencing the citywide off-street parking standard at § 11-19-7.F.3, and requires every transient vehicle to sit inside the garage or on a driveway surface that meets the design requirements of § 11-19-7.I, rather than on the lawn or an unimproved surface. Between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., no transient vehicle accessory to the short-term rental may be parked on a public street, and at any time of day parking cannot obstruct traffic, block visibility at an intersection, or block access to a fire hydrant, mailbox or neighboring property.
