Sec. 13-77 requires every short-term rental special fee license application to include a site plan and floor plan depicting the rental, including the number of vehicles that can be legally parked on the property without encroaching onto the street, sidewalks, alleys, public rights of way, or other public property. That parking documentation sits alongside the application's other required items: the property address, owner and operator contact information, an emergency contact within twenty-five miles of the rental or located in Fayette County, Division of Planning approval that the rental complies with the Zoning Ordinance, the maximum occupant count permitted under Sec. 13-79(a)(7), proof of $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance, and health, safety, and code-compliance affidavits. Because the parking count is tied to the site plan reviewed as part of licensing, the Director can treat an inaccurate or incomplete parking depiction as an incomplete application or a false statement, either of which is a basis to refuse the license under Sec. 13-77(h).
