Section 17.07.070.B separately exempts permanent window signs of four square feet or less that are limited to business identification, hours of operation, address and emergency information, and requires paper signs rotated on a regular basis to have a fastening device for a more permanent look. Section 17.07.070.G.2 requires every sign to be kept in first-class condition and cracked, broken or missing-copy portions repaired within 30 days of City notification.
