g. All signs for non-residential uses allowed in residential districts shall not exceed a total of thirty-two (32) square feet in sign face area per building or exceed six feet in total height. One additional wall sign not exceeding thirty-two (32) square feet in sign face area or twenty (20) feet above ground level is permitted per non-residential building. 8-21
