Section 295-3 permits for-profit filming, TV, and digital production in residential areas, the Township's Residential, Rural Residential, Conservation Residential, Multifamily, and Village Office zones, only if the production schedule stays at four weekdays or fewer per week for a maximum of 60 days, and filming runs between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., unless the Business Administrator approves earlier or later hours. Crews are capped at seven members and three vehicles, with only handheld cameras and mobile lighting allowed. A § 295-4 permit is still required on top of these conditions, so a shoot tied to a special event in a residential neighborhood must clear both sets of rules.
