City Code § 340.050 sets the trigger for when a parade permit is required in La Grange: any funeral, procession or parade reaching two hundred or more persons or fifty or more vehicles must obtain a permit from the Chief of Police before it can occupy, march or proceed along any City street, and must also follow whatever other regulations the Traffic Code sets for parades and processions.
