Full Breakdown

Under Sec. 13-4(f), anyone holding a special event that uses a city park amenity, picnic shelters, gazebos and similar public facilities, must pay any personnel costs or fees set by the special events coordinator's fee schedule. Payment is due no later than seven days before the event and before the permit is issued; non-payment for a past event is itself grounds to deny a future permit under subsection (g)(26).

Violations & Fines

Failing to pay park-amenity fees at least seven days ahead blocks permit issuance, and unpaid fees from a past event are grounds to deny any future special event permit application.
