Violations & Fines
The parks chapter does not attach a specific fine schedule to Section 3-4-123 itself; violations of the parks division fall under the Code's general citation provision, Section 1-1-108, handled as provided by State law. Persons engaged in conduct injurious to a public area, including running an unpermitted gathering or amplified sound system, can be removed by City staff or police under the disorderly conduct provisions of Section 3-4-122.
