The street fair proprietor shall obtain a City of Yuma business license with a specific address and location of the street fair. A STREET FAIR VENDOR is defined as a retail merchant engaged in the retail sale of products approved for sale at a street fair under § 154-01.07. All street fair vendors are required to have a State of Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) number in addition to a City of Yuma business license specific to the street fair location.
