D. Swimming pools shall be enclosed by a fence of not less than 4 feet in height constructed in accordance with §9.04 and the ICC swimming pool and spa code. The owner of any existing pool shall be allowed a period of 6 months from the effective date of this Ordinance in which to provide a fence for such pool as herein required.
