Fairfield Town Code § 84-15, Frequency of collection, sets the floor for how often the Town's curbside recycling program must run: "Recyclable materials shall be collected no less than once every two weeks or as deemed necessary by the Solid Waste and Recycling Commission." That leaves the Commission free to schedule more frequent pickups but establishes biweekly service as the guaranteed minimum.
