(a)The following are fixed as permissible hours of collection of garbage or rubbish for refuse haulers and the collections shall only be made during the following times.(1)Collections from dwellings may be made only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, except as provided for in subsection (d).(2)Collections from commercial establishments within one block of any hospital or hotel may be made only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and between noon and sundown of Sunday...(5)No collection shall be made in a manner which constitutes a disturbance of the peace or nuisance...(c)Notwithstanding section 105.999, violations of this section shall have a minimum fine of $100 for the first offense and a $500 fine for each succeeding offense. Each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
