Summary
Dumping manure, garbage, rubbish, debris, or junk on public or private land in Edmond, or within a half mile of city limits, without a written City-County Health Department permit is a Class B offense.
No person shall, without first securing the written permit of the City-County Health Department, dump or deposit any manure, garbage, offal matter, rubbish, debris, trash, junk or similar material, on any public or private property or haul or carry and dump or deposit any such materials within one-half mile of the City's limits, for the purpose either of filling low ground or disposing of the materials, or for any purpose whatsoever. ... shall be punished for a Class B offense as set forth in Section 2.56.210.
