1, as vegetative matter from normal yard and landscaping maintenance, including tree trimmings, grass cuttings, dead plants, leaves and branches, capped at four feet in length and four inches in diameter, and it specifically excludes yucca and palm fronds along with anything not normally produced by yard work, like brick, rock, concrete, sod or treated wood. 4(b)(7) requires it to be cut into pieces no longer than four feet and no thicker than four inches, then either placed in a container designated for green waste or tied into bundles that weigh no more than 60 pounds each.
