E. Residential Use Prohibited: No accessory building shall be used for residential purposes unless otherwise provided in this title.
F. Garages: No garage shall be constructed to exceed eight hundred forty
(840) square feet in area nor shall any side of the garage exceed thirty five feet (35') in length. Further, no door opening shall exceed eight feet (8') in height nor shall the overall height of the garage exceed sixteen feet (16') over grade at the front of the garage. No more than one garage of not more than three (3) cars' capacity shall be constructed on any one R-1 district zoning lot.
