(d) No barn, shed, coop, hutch or similar building or structure to keep, shelter, or maintain poultry shall be located within 50 feet of a property line and all such structures shall be compliant with the other provisions of the Town Code.

Violations & Fines

Keeping livestock or poultry outside the permitted districts, or outside these standards, violates the zoning chapter and is punishable under § 300-60.7 on conviction by a fine up to $250, up to 15 days in jail, or both.
