020(B) allows pot-bellied pigs on residential lots only under a set of conditions. Subsection (B)(1) caps ownership at two pot-bellied pigs per lot, and (B)(2) prohibits breeding them entirely. Subsection (B)(5) then requires sterilization by two months of age and requires the owner or custodian to maintain a signed veterinary certificate proving it. The same subsection layers on other mandatory health measures: (B)(3) requires vaccination against leptospirosis, erysipelas, pseudorabies, and other available vaccines with a veterinarian's certificate on file, and (B)(4) requires a male pig over two years old to have its tusks removed or filed short by a licensed veterinarian.

Beyond the animal's health, (B)(6) requires at least 300 square feet of fenced outdoor space per pig, set back at least 50 feet from any occupied structure other than the owner's and 20 feet from any property line, and (B)(9) requires an individually issued, nontransferable animal permit from the Director, renewed annually, for every pot-bellied pig kept. 130(F), only requires an animal shelter to hold a deposit for neutering before selling an unneutered female dog, not a blanket owner mandate. 060.
