A maximum of 4 dogs, four months of age or older, are permitted on any premises within Garden Grove city limits. Additional dogs may be kept with an animal permit from Animal Care Services, requiring current vaccination and licensing before application.
Violations of leash law provisions may result in citations and fines. Dogs running at large may be impounded by Animal Control. Owners are responsible for retrieval fees and any resulting fines.
