9.Outside sale of dogs. The following shall be submitted with all applications for temporary land use permits for the outside sale of dogs.
(a)A letter from the property owner stating that the applicant is allowed to sell dogs between the times of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the said date(s) on the said property;(b)Veterinary records showing that each dog to be sold has its rabies vaccination;(c)Proof that each dog to be sold has had its Distemper/Parvo vaccination, and its Bordetella vaccination;(d)Each dog to be sold will be required to have a current City license. See Section 6-2-7, of the City Code of Midland, Texas, for license requirements;(e)Each dog to be sold must be spayed or neutered;(f)Each dog to be sold will require prior inspection by the Director of Animal Services or his designee.
