Violations & Fines

The Superintendent can levy an administrative fine of up to $100 for a first offense, $500 for a second, and $1,000 for a third, and criminal enforcement adds a third-degree misdemeanor with fines up to $500 and up to sixty days in jail, plus mandatory minimum fines that escalate for repeat offenders.
