Section 154-15.08(C) sets a list of business types that cannot qualify as a home occupation in any residential zoning district in Yuma, no matter how small the operation or how well it might otherwise fit the 300-square-foot performance standards in § 154-15.08(B). Motor vehicle repair is on that list at § 154-15.08(C)(5), specifically 'motor vehicle repairing services; which are not mobile.' The 'not mobile' qualifier matters: a mobile mechanic who travels to customers rather than repairing vehicles on-site at the residence falls outside the prohibition, while a stationary repair shop, lift, or bay set up in a garage or driveway does not.

The same subsection excludes several other uses that share auto repair's noise, fume, or traffic profile: electrical repair shops and machine or metal-working shops that are not mobile (§154-15.08(C)(3), (8)), and taxi service with more than one vehicle (§154-15.08(C)(10)). Even where a use is not named on the § 154-15.08(C) list, the Zoning Administrator retains authority to bar 'other uses' from home occupation status under § 154-15.08(C)(15). Vehicle repair equipment and activity would also run against the general home occupation nuisance standard in § 154-15.08(B)(13), which bars noise, fumes, or odor detectable beyond the property line, and against the hazardous-materials restrictions in § 154-15.08(B)(14) covering flammable liquids and corrosive chemicals.
