015 treats an adult-use cannabis dispensing organization as a conditional use subject to the same 250-foot school, day care, college, university and park buffer used for cannabis production facilities, but with an exception: the limit doesn't apply to a publicly owned park under 3,000 square feet with no playground equipment sitting inside the CC1, CC2 or PCC Center City zoning districts.
