Madison's A district under Sec. 28.092 covers rural farmland outside the Central Urban Service Area, where there is no municipal sewer or water. Agricultural uses need a 5-acre lot, 300 feet of width and yards of 30 feet front, 80 feet side and 100 feet rear. All other uses need 10 acres, a 2 stories/35 feet height cap and 5 percent lot coverage.
