Miami Beach closes fenced parks, beaches and golf courses at night when their gates are shut, and locks down unfenced parks and golf courses from midnight to 5:00 a.m. Unfenced beaches close earlier, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., under City Code Sec. 82-2, with pass-through walking to a destination still allowed.
