Orlando's Figure 1A.LDC zoning table sets minimum yard setbacks by residential district: front yards run from 30 feet in R-1AA down to 10 feet in R-3D, side yards from 7.5 feet down to 5 feet, street-side yards from 15 feet down to 10 feet, and rear yards from 25 feet down to 20 feet. Structure Height Limits
Orlando caps residential buildings at 30 feet inside the Traditional City in R-1AA, R-1A, R-1, R-1N, R-2A and R-2B, then steps the limit up to 35 feet in R-3A, 40 feet in R-3B, 45 feet in R-3C and 55 feet in R-3D. Outside the Traditional City the single-family and R-2 districts rise to 35 feet, while R-3B, R-3C and R-3D keep the same 40, 45 and 55 foot caps. The numbers come from Figure 1A of Chapter 58.
