How to Report
Under § 99-15 of the Wayne Township Code, a tenant who finds a violation in a multiple-family dwelling reports it in writing to the building's Superintendent first. If it is not fixed in a reasonable time, the tenant informs the Township's Construction Official or Health Officer and sends a copy of that report.
