In Wayne Township the Department of Parks and Recreation sets and posts the opening and closing hours of each park, and parks are open every day of the year during those hours. Under § 129-20, no motor vehicle can be parked in a park from 1/2 hour after sunset until sunrise, and posted "Closed to the Public" areas are off limits.
