In Wayne Township, § 129-20 makes it unlawful to ride a bicycle in a public park or recreation area without reasonable regard to the safety of others, or to leave a bicycle where a person can trip over it. Where bicycle lanes are provided in a roadway system, § 134-74.1(C) sets them at 4 feet wide in each direction.
