Barrow County bans fireworks at any permitted temporary event, such as a festival or fair, except on New Year's Eve, July 4th and Memorial Day. Even on those three dates, organizers must still satisfy all county and state fireworks rules, and every display besides New Year's Eve must end by 10:00 p.m. under Barrow County Code § 89-187.
