Lawn Ornament Rules
Barrow County limits outdoor holiday decorations and seasonal lawn displays to 60 days a year for properties inside the Destination 211 (D211) Overlay District. Barrow County Code § 89-1512(a)(3) allows temporary seasonal displays, including lighting, without going through outdoor-storage review, but bars commercial advertising material on them and caps the display window at 60 consecutive days or 60 days total per calendar year.
