Obstruction Rules
Inside the Bergen County Park System, blocking a parking area, drive, path, or other park facility is a prohibited act on its own, separate from any parking violation. Article III(z)(3)(F) applies to anyone: a parked vehicle, a stored item, or an activity that blocks a cartway, walkway, or facility entrance in a county park.
