Illegal Dumping

Dumping waste or any foreign substance on parkland or into a lake, river, pond, creek, stream, storm drain, or other waterway in the Bergen County Park System carries the steepest fine in the entire park ordinance: no less than $2,500 and up to $10,000 under Article III(cc), 'Pollution of Property.'
