Flood Elevation
Manufactured homes placed or substantially improved in a special flood hazard area of unincorporated Bulloch County must be anchored against flotation and lateral movement and have their lowest floor set at least two feet above the base flood elevation under §§ 7-36(2) and 7-37(3). Homes in existing manufactured home parks can instead sit on piers at least 36 inches high.
