Solicitor Permits

Anyone peddling or soliciting door-to-door for profit in unincorporated Bulloch County needs a permit from the Sheriff's Office before starting. Applications must be filed 15 to 60 days ahead, cost $100 total, and require a criminal background check and fingerprinting. Permits last only two weeks, and the sheriff caps most people at two permits a year with a six-month gap between them.
