In unincorporated Bulloch County, a Planned Unit Development can earn up to a 15 percent bonus above the base density, floor area ratio and parking standards by providing listed public amenities. The Zoning Ordinance (Appendix C) sets a hard 15 percent ceiling regardless of how many amenities are combined.
