Running an auto repair or service garage business from a Coconino County home is barred twice over: the Zoning Ordinance lists 'Automobile and Motor Vehicle Repair and Service Garage' only in its commercial and industrial use table, and its Home Occupation standards forbid motor or mechanical equipment beyond what is normally incidental to a residence, plus any outdoor storage of tools or vehicles.
