Coconino County's Zoning Ordinance sets no cap on how many garage or yard sales a resident can hold. Section 3.2.B.1.C, which limits other "outdoor sales events" like sidewalk and parking-lot sales to four times a year and seven days each, expressly excludes "garage sales on residential properties" from that Temporary Use permit requirement.
