Home Cultivation
Growing cannabis at home is legal in Coconino County. Under Arizona's Smart and Safe Act, adults 21 and over may cultivate up to six plants each, capped at twelve per household, in an enclosed area not visible to the public.

Medical marijuana dispensaries are a permitted use in Coconino County's CG-10,000 and CH-10,000 commercial zones (and matching Planned Community areas), capped at 2,500 square feet, limited to 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. hours, and barred from drive-through service, all under an Administrative Permit issued through Section 3.12.
