The requirements of this chapter shall not apply to: (a) Private residential sales commonly known as garage sales or yard sales, as long as the sale takes place at a residential address not zoned for business or commercial activity and as long as the residential address where the yard or garage sale is taking place is not used for such sale more than three (3) calendar days in one (1) month.
