County parks close overnight under Code § 74-37: facilities wired for nighttime use shut at 11:00 p.m. and reopen at 5:00 a.m., while parks without night lighting close from sunset to sunrise. Staying inside after hours is itself a violation, punishable the same as any other park-rule breach.
