Park Event Permits

Escambia County bans selling food, renting gear, or serving beer in any county park unless the county administrator issues a permit first. Under Code § 74-36, permits cover sporting events, fairs, festivals and other social functions on park and recreational property, and subsection (14) requires a permit for every special event held on park land, period.
