Park Curfew
County parks close to the public between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. under the Parks and Recreation Commission Ordinance. The curfew has narrow carve-outs for registered fishing and camp sites and for the posted operating hours of Cascade Falls and Park, but anyone else on Commission property overnight needs the Director's written permission.
