On Jackson County Parks and Recreation Commission property, Chapter VII, Section 1(A) bars parking in any place marked as a passenger or loading zone except for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or materials. The same section also bans blocking traffic, parking after closing hours, ignoring posted no-parking zones, and parking on turf or tree roots.
