Illegal Dumping
Jackson County bans discarding household refuse, litter or pollutants on Parks and Recreation Commission property. Chapter VIII, Section 7 of the Park Ordinance requires all trash to go into provided containers and separately bars discharging or dropping anything into Commission waters that results in pollution.
