Encampment Sanitation

Jackson County bans camping anywhere on Parks and Recreation Commission property outside designated, permitted campgrounds. The Director issues camping permits for a maximum of ten consecutive nights and cannot renew a permit until 24 hours have passed since it expired. Campers must keep sites clean, dump wastewater only in designated stations, and register every vehicle and visitor with the Campground Manager.
