In the unincorporated borough it is unlawful to dump, throw, or discard municipal solid waste, other waste, or litter anywhere outside a designated disposal area or receptacle, and unlawful under KPB 10.04.150 to dump refuse anywhere that would corrupt or impair water tables, streams, or water bodies. Littering and improper disposal under KPB 10.04.130(B) carries a listed $500 minor-offense fine.
