Growing cannabis at home is a felony in Okaloosa County. Florida allows medical marijuana only through state-licensed dispensaries and permits no home grow, even for registered patients. Cultivating cannabis is manufacturing a controlled substance under Fla. Stat. Β§893.13, a felony offense.
