At Destin Executive Airport and Bob Sikes Airport, Okaloosa County bars loitering under its 2024 airport rules and regulations. Section 3-83(2)(b) forbids staying on the airport, or in any airport building, longer than reasonably necessary to conduct lawful business, unless a building tenant invites the person to remain, with misdemeanor penalties for violators.
