Delivery Truck Noise
Roanoke County bars outdoor truck loading and unloading within 100 yards of a home between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and separately bars running a trash collection vehicle in that same overnight window if it is plainly audible 100 yards or more from a residence. Both are noise disturbances under § 13-21(3) and (10), punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor.
