Spalding County Code Sec. 7-1013 defines "electric bicycle" as a two- or three-wheel device with an electric motor, pedals, and a power output capped at 1,000 watts that cannot exceed 20 mph, and it authorizes e-bikes to use the streets and paved recreation paths inside the active adult, village node, and planned development-residential zoning districts. Traditional and electric bicycles are expressly listed among the permitted recreation-path users.
